Beginner and adult ukulele lessons
The ukulele is one of the friendliest first instruments there is: four strings, light tension and a small neck mean beginners are playing real songs quickly. I use that advantage, building chord changes and rhythm from the first week so that playing stays rewarding.

Playing and singing together
Most of my ukulele students want to accompany themselves. That means training the right hand to keep time automatically, working out where to breathe, and choosing keys that suit your voice. I teach all of that directly rather than leaving it to chance.
Who the classes suit
Children from age seven, complete beginners, adults who want a relaxed but structured hobby, and singers who want a portable instrument to accompany themselves on.
From my YouTube channel
Lessons I have recorded and students performing, from my own YouTube channel: the same teaching you get in class. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. All videos · Shorts.
How ukulele lessons work
A one-to-one lesson runs for 45 to 60 minutes, and eight-class plans meet twice a week, at my studio in Urban Estate II, Jalandhar, or live online through Zoom, Google Meet or WhatsApp Video. I send practice notes after every session.
Frequently Asked Questions
The questions people ask me most often, answered here so you do not have to wait for a reply.
How much are ukulele classes in Jalandhar?
One-to-one classes are ₹2,500 per 8 classes, twice a week. Group classes are ₹1,000 per month, Mon & Thu from 10:00 am · Wed & Sat from 6:30 pm. A one-time visit to the studio is required before classes begin. A one-to-one class runs for 45 to 60 minutes, and fees are per learner.
Is the ukulele a good first instrument for a child or adult?
Yes. It is light, affordable and easier on the fingers than steel-string guitars, so beginners tend to play real songs within weeks. Children from age seven and adults both take to it quickly.
Will I be able to sing while playing?
Yes, that is a normal goal in these classes. Rhythm and chord changes are practised until they run automatically, and songs are chosen in keys that suit your voice, which makes singing and playing together much easier.
Are online ukulele classes available?
Yes. Live online ukulele lessons are available worldwide through Zoom, Google Meet or WhatsApp Video. Every online plan starts with a free 15–30-minute demo class where days, timings and syllabus are agreed.
How long is each ukulele lesson?
A one-to-one ukulele lesson runs for 45 to 60 minutes. Eight-class plans are held twice a week, and monthly group classes follow a fixed weekly timetable, with practice notes shared after every session.
